Recognizing the wishes and needs of our colleagues for personal improvement, expanding knowledge in numerous areas, improving competences as well as the so-called &#8220;soft&#8221; skills, our Company has formed an internal training team,\u00a0 consising of five employees.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As in everything we do, quality is our first priority, and our colleagues who are part of the Internal Training Team work on creating and implementing a training program which is fully aligned with the needs of our employees.
