This year, Neoplanta was the general sponsor of the 61st international conference “HEALTHY FOOD FOR PRESENT AND FUTURE”, held between the 26th and 29th of September on Zlatibor, organized by the Institute for Hygiene and Meat Technology from Belgrade (IHTM) in cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management and the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

This academic conference traditionally gathers experts from the country and abroad, in the field of food quality and safety, leading manufacturers, food distributors, representatives of State bodies responsible for implementing regulations in the field of food and animal feed, with the aim of sharing knowledge and experience, in order to raise the quality and meat processing technology to the highest possible health and safety level.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to renowned experts, doctoral students engaged in activities related to quality and technology of meat processing also took part in the conference. They had the opportunity to present their research work in the field of food quality and safety to their senior colleagues, and the general sponsor of the conference Neoplanta, awarded the three best presentations.
